United has recently migrated ucom.net and unitedwireless.com email to a new system. This new system provides a better user experience, including a better Webmail interface and enhanced security features, which will require changes to your email settings. Customers are still be able to keep and use their same email address.
If your computer or device prompts you to enter your login information for your email account with United, enter your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS for the username field. If your password is already filled in, please do not change anything in that field. Please then contact United so we can help you update your computer and other devices to the latest secure settings, or

SPAM FIREWALL
The spam firewall settings will now be held in Webmail, and you will no longer receive a spam quarantine summary email. Please note that any blacklists or whitelists that were set in the current spam firewall system will not be migrated to the new Webmail. Customers will need to manually enter these into the new system by accessing the spam settings in the new Webmail:
To access spam settings in the new Webmail…
Sign into Webmail with your full email address and password.
Click on the icon containing nine small squares underneath the United logo and to the left of your email address in the upper, left-hand corner of the screen.
After clicking on the icon containing nine small squares, a drop-down menu will appear. Click on “Settings.”
Click on the “Mail” submenu under Settings on the left-hand side of the screen.
Underneath the “Manage spam” heading, click on the “Edit” button.
Here, you can adjust how aggressively the system will classify an email as spam. When the system classifies a message as spam based on this setting, you can direct the system to Mark as Spam, Move to Spam or Delete email under the “Action” heading (the system will only perform one action based on which you select).
You can also whitelist (allow all messages from a specific email address or domain) and blacklist (reject all messages from a specific email address or domain) in this area.
Click on the “Save” button to save changes.
WEBMAIL: SAME WEB ADDRESSES, NEW EXPERIENCE

Please note you will still be able to access Webmail from the links on our websites (https://webmail.ucom.net or https://webmail.unitedwireless.com), and you will not have to update bookmarks with new web addresses/URLs to access Webmail.
